The Welder position is ideal for a dedicated and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Flexibility with scheduling, including overtime and adjusted hours, may be required to meet production demands. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of welding experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel welding across a range of material thicknesses.Requirements:Specific expertise in MIG, TIG, and laser welding with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Proficiency in TIG welding on all metals (Stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum) in all positions.Familiarity with spot welder setup, including tooling selection and machine setup.Experience in building fixtures and performing setups for precision sheet metal fabrication.Ability to read blueprints and determine quality requirements.Commitment to ensuring outstanding quality and optimum efficiency in all welding processes.Dependability and reliability in meeting production deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English communication.
