Saint Joseph's Villa & Court in David City, NE is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/CMA to join our team as a Evening shift caregiver. If you have a heart for serving others and want to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and progress
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall well-being of residents

Qualifications:

• Active CNA/CMA certification in the state of Nebraska
• Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for serving seniors and individuals with complex healthcare needs
