Pediatric Infusion RN | Golisano Children’s Hospital

We’re seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Pediatric Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Pediatric Infusion Center at Golisano Children’s Hospital, supporting children and families through advanced infusion and procedural therapies.

The Pediatric Infusion Center provides specialized care for patients receiving chemotherapy, monoclonal antibody treatments, blood products, enzyme replacement therapy, gene therapy, and other infusion-based treatments in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide safe and compassionate infusion and procedural nursing care for pediatric patients

• Administer chemotherapy, biologics, blood products, enzyme therapies, and other specialized infusions

• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions throughout treatment

• Access and manage IVADs/Ports and maintain excellent IV therapy practices

• Collaborate with pediatric specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Active New York RN License required

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required

• BLS certification required

• PEARS certification required

• APHON certification required

• Strong IV skills and experience with IVADs/Ports preferred

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and critical thinking skills

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced pediatric infusion environment
