Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationMust have the ability to obtain a Secret Security ClearanceKnowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFARWorking knowledge of standard contract typesProficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPointDetail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisionsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDesired SkillsExperience managing complex subcontractsExperience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industryExperience with LM S/4HanaPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
