Sr. Project Manager, Systems (Ottava Surgical Robotics Platform) Key Responsibilities Drive the release of all documents required for System-level Phase Design Reviews and regulatory submissions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive deliverable roadmap that enables a clear view of deliverable dependencies. Establish processes, templates, and dashboards, and metrics to ensure clear communication and consistency across teams. Develop, release, and manage safety, risk, and risk profiles at the system level. Chair Ottava’s safety- and risk-related governance forums including defect review board, risk management board, and cross-functional safety reviews. Own Change Control and Configuration Management at the system level. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments. Bachelor’s degree required (engineering, medicine, or other technical discipline appreciated but not required). Professional experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or defense). Formal professional experience in a mix of lifecycle management, safety and risk management, and document control. Preferred Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools. Experience using Airtable and/or Atlassian tools. Other Requirements Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between sites (up to 10%). Compensation Anticipated base pay range: $125,000.00 - $201,250.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
