Residential Support Specialist / Counselor

NEW HAVEN YOUTH AND seeks a compassionate Residential Support Specialist / Counselor to support adolescent girls in our trauma-informed residential treatment and boarding school setting. In this role, you’ll provide daily supervision, emotional support, and basic counseling, model healthy boundaries, and assist with routines, groups, and activities. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, teachers, and families to reinforce treatment goals, ensure safety, and maintain detailed documentation. Ideal candidates are reliable, empathetic, eager to learn, and committed to helping youth heal and grow in a structured, nurturing environment.
