Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) Location: Watertown, New York Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay Range: $43.63 - $71.99 per hour ($90,750 - $149,739 annually) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Overview A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) to support surgeons during operative procedures and help deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced surgical professional who thrives in the operating room and is skilled in assisting with exposure, hemostasis, wound closure, and other critical intraoperative functions. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field Graduate of an accredited Surgical First Assistant program One of the following: Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) Physician Assistant (NCCPA) Nurse Practitioner with surgical certification Minimum 2 years of surgical experience required Scrub experience preferred Responsibilities Assist surgeons during operative procedures Provide exposure, hemostasis, tissue handling, and wound closure Support robotic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive procedures Prepare surgical fields, instruments, and patients preoperatively Participate in postoperative care, documentation, and patient assessments Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and surgical technologists Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment 24 days of PTO in the first year Long-term disability and life insurance options If you're an experienced surgical professional looking to join a collaborative operating room team, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Move Healthcare
