• Float Requirements: Floating required to other in patient areas when home unit is low census

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 10
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
• Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, EV 1000, Neuroptics Pupillometer
• EMR: Epic

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Neuro ICU experience, comprehensive assessment skills, Care of hemodynamically unstable patient, Care of mechanically ventilated patient, thorough neurological assessment skills.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Pupillometer, EVD, ICP waveform management, CRRT, Epic

• Type of Patients on Unit: Ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, post op craniotomy, seizures, encephalopathy, neurologic tumors

• Personality Fit: Team player, Positive Attitude, Flexible, Empathetic
