Collision Repair Estimator Apprentice

Gerber Collision & Glass in Orland Park, Illinois is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn how to diagnose and prepare repair estimates in line with insurer guidelines, while communicating value to customers and maintaining a high sales ratio. You will work closely with our Estimator, participate in production meetings, and handle damage mapping, photos, and parts lists through CCC One.
