Benefits ConsultantFairfax, VA | On-Site | Full-TimeWhy This Role MattersAs a Benefits Consultant, you will help organizations build and maintain employee benefits strategies that support their workforce while contributing to the agency's continued growth. This role combines business development, client consulting, and relationship management, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to employers navigating an increasingly complex benefits landscape. You will manage the full client lifecycle while developing new business opportunities, delivering strategic benefits guidance, and helping clients make informed decisions about their employee benefits programs.
