Job Description Full-Time Bartender - Morada Bay - Mile Marker 81.6, Islamorada, Florida Keys Job Summary We invite you to join the vibrant team at Morada Bay Beach Cafe as a Bartender. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique beachside setting that combines the laid-back lifestyle of the Florida Keys with the scenic beauty of Islamorada. Our Beach Café is an outdoor Mediterranean bistro set right on the sand, featuring surf-inspired decor and a menu that blends Caribbean and American cuisine. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, offering a personalized experience at our beachfront bar. Display expertise in our extensive range of beers, wines, and island-inspired cocktails. Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders, prioritizing guest satisfaction. Engage guests with stories behind signature drinks and gourmet offerings. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a friendly demeanor. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Bar Management Manage bar operations with skill, including effective opening and closing routines. Uphold top standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area. Carefully manage inventory and bar equipment, enhancing the bar's welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 18 years. Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment. Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of food and beverage service. Ability to remain composed and professional in a busy environment. Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
