Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $19.50/hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll perform intermediate-level manufacturing activities and demonstrate proficiency in multiple production functions. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure efficient operations and quality standards are met.


What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing production tasks to meet goals and timelines, including setting up machines, work areas, and tracking metrics.
• Building and taping boxes, including retail cartons.
• Staging bottles for production and setting up equipment for filling in a clean room environment.
• Applying tops to bottles/containers.
• Assisting on the Label Line by setting up equipment for torquing tops, labeling, lot coding, sealing, and performing these processes.
• Conducting quality checks on bottles before case packing.
• Performing quality control on packaging and finished products throughout the process.
• Palletizing case packs for shipment.
• Keeping production areas organized and sanitized during transitions.
• Disposing of trash and recycling as needed.
• Signing off on auditory cleaning logs where applicable.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs safely.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to follow production procedures.
