Summary Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the service desk in a high‑end department store. Assist customers with purchases, returns, and inquiries while supporting merchandising and store presentation standards. This part‑time role contributes to a positive shopping experience and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, offering product information and personalized service. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is organized and stocked. Support fitting room operations and coordinate with team members to resolve customer needs. Handle customer inquiries and elevate issues to leadership when necessary. Requirements 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand and move for extended periods and assist with lifting and moving merchandise as needed.
