Brand Communications & Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Our Company is hiring a Brand Communications & Marketing Specialist to lead strategic communications brand development and digital marketing that raise our profile and strengthen client and candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop annual communications branding and marketing strategies
Maintain content calendars for social email website blogs and print
Create and distribute newsletters client communications and press releases
Gather success stories and testimonials from teams clients and candidates
Manage website content for accuracy SEO and brand consistency
Oversee social platforms: content scheduling and community growth
Analyze marketing performance and prepare campaign reports
Maintain consistent brand standards across channels
Coordinate with designers photographers and vendors on assets
Develop templates and communication resources for internal teams
Support employer branding job fairs and community outreach
Coordinate media relations and PR opportunities
Manage requests across departments while meeting deadlines
Improve internal communication processes
Partner with recruiting sales and leadership on market presence
Qualifications
Bachelors in Marketing Communications PR Journalism Business or equivalent experience
0-1 year in communications digital marketing PR or recruitment marketing
Strong project management and organization
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Outstanding writing editing and storytelling skills
Strong creative and visual judgment
Proficient with CMS website platforms email marketing and analytics tools
Canva Adobe Creative Suite Google Analytics experience desirable
SEO and content marketing knowledge a plus
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
