Compassionate Caregiver - FT/PT, Flexible Schedule

Pay: $17–$22/hour Location: Raleigh, Cary, and Apex Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available — days, evenings, weekends, and overnight options Job Type: In-Home Caregiver About Us Senior Helpers is a trusted name in in-home senior care, dedicated to helping older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve. What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring, including use of walkers or wheelchairs
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Assist with medication reminders (not administration)
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or home environment to your care team
• Maintain accurate visit notes and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Prior caregiving experience or training
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
