We go beyond typical data-driven approaches or pure transformer-only architectures, combining rigorous engineering with learning systems proven in globally deployed solutions that deliver results today and get better every time our robots run in the field.What You'll Do:Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for web services and applications (Node.js, React)Design and maintain release processes that ensure safe, reliable deploymentsBuild and enforce testing and validation workflows to catch issues before productionManage and scale containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) in AWSMonitor system performance, reliability, and uptime across production environmentsPartner with full-stack engineers to improve deployment velocity and system stabilityDebug and resolve production issues across application, infrastructure, and deployment layersImprove observability, logging, and alerting to proactively detect failuresWhat You Bring:3–8 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or production engineering rolesStrong experience with AWS and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar)Familiarity with modern web stacks (Node.js, TypeScript, React)Experience managing production systems and debugging real-world issuesUnderstanding of testing strategies for release reliability and system validationStrong ownership mindset with a focus on system stability and qualityAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering teamsWhat Sets You Apart:Experience owning release processes and production readiness for web applicationsExperience improving system reliability, uptime, and deployment safety at scaleFamiliarity with MongoDB or similar databases in production environmentsExperience building internal tooling to improve developer workflowsExperience in fast-paced startup environments$125,000 - $170,000 a year Our salary range is highly competitive with the market, but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary.
