Accounting Manager: GL Lead, Close & Process Improvement

Matrix Finance and Accounting

A financial services company in Kent, Washington is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead their General Ledger team. This role entails managing month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and providing guidance to a team of accountants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CPA-eligible, and 5-8 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
