Looking to bring your coffee-making skills to a welcoming and vibrant café? Ivy Café, located in the heart of Clayton, MO, is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. If you have a love for coffee, a knack for customer service, and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing: As a Barista at Ivy Café, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for great coffee and excellent service. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of barista or related experience .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and hospitality.
