Newburyport, MA (USA) Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a full time AP/CP Board certified or board eligible Pathologist to join a two-person practice providing full coverage to Anna Jaques, a small community hospital in Newburyport, Massachusetts.Newburyport is a historic coastal town 35 miles northeast of Boston and known for its picturesque waterfront, beautiful 4 seasons and numerous recreational opportunities. Experienced pathologists andthose new in practiceare encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide microscopic dictations and report sign-outs in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and referring physicians regarding specimen handling and diagnostic issues. Participate in internal quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with laboratory policies and procedures. Qualifications AP/CP Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in surgical pathology, including fellowship training (if applicable). Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to diagnostic detail.
