Registered Dietitian (RD) - Clinical & Well-Being

Well-Being & Registered Dietitian Position will require travel between our two communities: Heron Point of Chestertown - Chestertown, MD Manor House - Seaford, DE In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive well‑being, clinical, and lifestyle coaching services to residents in all levels of care through visitation, observation, nutritional assessment, medical records documentation, and group or individual education. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote community health, provide consultation regarding federal, state, local, and corporate regulations to ensure proper delivery of quality nutrition services, and support QAPI initiatives and department policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in nutrition with Registered Dietitian certification 1–3 years of healthcare, clinical, management, and/or wellness experience Long‑term care experience is preferred Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with licensure in both Maryland and Delaware Health Coach Certification (must be obtained within six months of employment) Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more. Eligibility may vary based on status. Pay range: $81,689.00 – $99,985.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
