We are seeking dynamic a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. Student Stipend Program Eligible! Our Career Launch program allows Physical Therapy students to receive $1,000/month, up to six months prior to graduation and an additional $500 bonus after receiving the required licensure for the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

• Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

• Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.

• Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.

• Appropriately delegate tasks to PTA’s and support personnel.
