Greeting everyone, we hope this finds you well. This is Laarni & Alejandra. We are managers in the people development and life enrichment department of Nurse Galina’s Caregiving of New Jersey. WE AREN'T LOOKING FOR JUST PEOPLE CALLED "JUST" CAREGIVERS. We're Looking for Future Leaders on our
caregiving team. Some people care for clients. Others change lives. At our agency, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional people. That is why we are expanding our Premium Caregiver Team and developing our next generation of Private & Concierge Caregiving Team Leads and Field Coordinators. At Nurse Galina’s Caregiving of New Jersey, we don't simply hire caregivers. We develop professionals who want to earn better income, build a health care career and have a better life. Our service is a unique disease-specific, wellness-centered care model that helps older adults remain independent while living safely at home. These caregivers who we will turn into leaders will become part of a clinical team that delivers premium, personalized care—not just assistance with daily tasks. Our goal is to build the most respected caregiving team in northern New Jersey.
