Dispensary Associate

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service Apply product knowledge when assisting customers Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and promptly Follow Trulieve policies and procedures Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience Assist customers with product or device issues Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation Perform additional tasks assigned by management Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following policies and procedures Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus Prior cash handling experience Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members Conversational English proficiency Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the Delivery Driver role Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday Ability to see and hear, or use prosthetics enabling these senses to function adequately Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people Ability to move throughout the facility, including confined spaces Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps and position self or objects at floor level Availability for flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours business needs Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
