Redstone Foods is seeking a high-energy, detail-driven

Purchasing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Data Management:

Build and maintain accurate item records, pricing tiers, and product specifications in our ERP system. Advanced Analytics:

Analyze sales and purchasing data using intermediate to advanced Excel functions. Collateral Creation:

Build dynamic sales materials, client presentations, and business reports using PowerPoint and Excel. Cross-Team Collaboration:

Connect departments and manage workflows seamlessly using Microsoft Teams. Pricing Administration:

Execute price updates and distribute clear change notifications to clients and internal stakes. Document Control:

Maintain current master order forms, price lists, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. Experience:

2–4 years in purchasing support, distribution logistics, customer service, or corporate administration. Excel Expertise:

Working knowledge of data tools, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, sorting/filtering, and basic formulas (SUM, IF). Tech Savvy:

Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office 365 (including Teams for daily collaboration) and business ERP software. Location & Availability:

Ability to work full-time on-site in Carrollton, TX, Monday–Friday, with reliable attendance. Language:

Must be fully fluent to speak, read, and write in English. Core Skills:

Outstanding attention to detail, strong organization, and professional written/verbal communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing repetitive tasks with high accuracy. Quick to learn new software systems and consistent with project follow-through. Professional and confident when communicating with external vendors and internal customers.
