General Production Worker

We are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking and palatalizing finished concrete products on pallets. You will be expected to lift products weighing between 5 lbs. and 100 lbs. depending on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Stack and palletize finished concrete products.
• Lift individual products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Shovel and clean during the first month as part of the training.
• Work mandatory 20 hours of overtime per week with 5/12 hour shifts.
• Train on day shift for 2-3 months before transitioning to night shift.

Essential Skills

• Strong safety orientation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Proficiency with quality checks including visual inspection for cracks, discoloration, and checking height

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined
• Steel toe boots required

Work Environment

Work in a large concrete stone manufacturing facility with both indoor and outdoor conditions. Be prepared for cold winters and hot summers, though all workspaces are covered and protected from rain. The facility is clean, noisy, and dusty, with large forklifts, heavy concrete products, and both manual and robotic manufacturing machines present. Expect to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day, regularly lifting 50 lbs. to 100 lbs. The shift is Monday to Friday, with start and end times varying based on production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKSON, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
