NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! While 2+ years of retail, customer service, or sales experience is a bonus, personality and attitude come first . If you have the right drive and natural communication skills, we will teach you the product and the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant , you are the face of our showroom. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will:

• Welcome & Consult: Greet showroom guests with warmth, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right furniture and sleep solutions without pushing them.
• Close Sales & Hit Targets: Turn browsing visitors into satisfied buyers, using product knowledge and consultative sales skills to meet your personal earning goals.
• Build Relationships: Follow up with past shoppers, track orders using our CRM, and build a repeat customer base that comes back to you every time they redecorate.
• Master the Product: Become the local expert on mattress technology, frame designs, and fabric options so you can answer questions with confidence.

Who We’re Looking For
