Compensation: $300,000 To $350,000 Position Highlights Standard Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Flexibility: Enjoy the preceding Friday off when working a Saturday shift Compensation: $300,000.00 To $350,000 Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of accredited OBGYN residency training Board Certified or Board Eligible (within three years of residency) Current California Medical License BLS Certification (required) HIV Certification preferred Responsibilities Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions related to women’s reproductive health Collaborate with family practice, behavioral health, and specialty providers Participate in prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care in both clinical and telehealth settings (if eligible) Ensure timely documentation using our EHR (eClinicalWorks experience a plus) Benefits & Perks Comprehensive Health Coverage: Employer-paid HMO, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan: Includes a 4% employer match after one year of service Financial Support: Life insurance, FSA, loan forgiveness eligibility, and CME opportunities Generous Time Off: 13 paid holidays per year Telehealth Option: Eligible to provide virtual care one day per week, based on department needs and capability Experience in or commitment to serving diverse, underserved populations Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, though not required Please apply to this posting for additional information!
