Job Description The Procurement Coordinator will provide support working with both internal and external clients regarding pre‑qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are on file and accurate, and providing high level document control. Responsibilities Work with both internal and external clients regarding pre‑qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors Ensuring certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are on file and accurate Provide high level document control Support multiple mid‑level procurement functions throughout the bidding and buy‑out phase Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred. Up to two years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry. Additional Qualifications Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus. Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role. Strong Excel and data entry skills.
