Qualifications: * Experience handling Minnesota family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client representation. * Ability to independently manage complex family law cases while providing strategic, personalized, and client-focused legal counsel throughout all stages of litigation and negotiation. * Demonstrated success advocating for clients in Minnesota courts, mediations, settlement conferences, and contested hearings with confidence, professionalism, and strong litigation skills. * Strong drafting, analytical, and case preparation skills, including experience preparing pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery, and settlement agreements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop creative legal strategies and deliver outstanding client outcomes. * Experience mentoring junior attorneys or support staff while contributing to a positive, high-accountability, team-oriented culture focused on professional development and operational excellence. * Strong knowledge of Minnesota family law statutes, court procedures, and emerging legal trends, with the ability to provide strategic and forward-thinking legal representation. * Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, including the ability to guide clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism. * An active Minnesota attorney license in good standing is required.
