This is a part‑time role (10–15 hours per week) worked onsite at our Atco office, conveniently located on the White Horse Pike near Route 73. What You’ll Do Run accurate, on‑time payroll Update employee payroll records Handle wage changes + deductions Ensure payroll law compliance Process payroll taxes + filings Manage benefits deductions Prepare payroll reports Answer payroll questions clearly Qualifications Needed HS diploma required; degree in accounting/finance/business preferred 1+ years payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance Comfortable with payroll software (Paychex preferred) + spreadsheets Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Clear, professional communication skills Strong organization + time‑management Able to handle confidential information with integrity Problem‑solver who can resolve payroll discrepancies Hopes Promise Respite LLC - Where Caring Is Our Calling Hope’s Promise Respite provides reliable, community‑based support services for children and adults across New Jersey.
