She can help you explore open roles, apply, and answer your questions in real time.We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead strategic internal and executive communications initiatives across Progress and BH that help team members stay informed, connected and aligned to each company’s priorities, culture and business goals.Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications as part of the broader Brand, PR & Communications function, this role will own day-to-day execution and channel management across a variety of internal communications platforms and initiatives. The Internal Communications Manager will partner closely with teams across the organization to develop messaging and storytelling that informs, engages and supports employees through company initiatives, operational updates and organizational priorities.This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive communications professional who combines strong writing and storytelling skills with strategic thinking, operational execution and sound judgment in a fast-moving environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSInternal & Executive CommunicationsDevelop and execute strategic internal and executive communications aligned to company priorities, business goals, Core Values and brand standardsDraft and develop a variety of communications materials, including companywide emails, executive messaging, client communications, newsletters, presentations, announcements and leadership communicationsTailor messaging for different audiences and communication channels to ensure clarity, consistency and engagementSupport change communications and operational messaging initiatives as neededChannel Ownership & Editorial StrategyOwn day-to-day management and execution of internal communications channels, including intranet, newsletters, email communications, town halls and LinkedIn supportManage editorial planning and content calendars across internal communications channelsMonitor communications performance metrics and audience feedback to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and continuous improvementSupport content planning and amplification efforts across owned communications channelsStorytelling & Content DevelopmentResearch and develop strategic, culture-driving stories that highlight company initiatives, operational priorities, employee experiences and leadership messagingPartner with teams across the organization to identify storytelling opportunities that support engagement and alignmentDevelop content for internal campaigns, meetings, presentations and employee engagement initiativesSupport executive presentations and messaging development for company meetings and eventsCross-Functional Partnership & Communications SupportBuild strong partnerships with teams across People Operations, Operations, Brand, PR, IT and Leadership to support communications initiatives from concept through executionCoordinate communications support for company initiatives, operational updates and organizational changesHelp align messaging across internal and external communications efforts as part of the broader corporate communications functionPartner closely with creative, digital and communications team members to support integrated communications planning and executionCommunications Operations & Process ManagementOwn day-to-day communications workflows, including communications intake and request management processesMaintain editorial calendars, communications planning tools and channel governance processesSupport continuous improvement of internal communications processes, tools and reportingHelp establish scalable communications practices and standards across the organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or related field5-10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or executive communications rolesStrong experience managing a variety of internal communications channels, including email communications, newsletters, meetings, intranet platforms and executive communicationsExcellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and stakeholdersStrong executive communications experience with the ability to support leadership messaging and organizational prioritiesProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentStrong organizational, project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from strategy through executionExperience analyzing communications metrics and using data and insights to improve engagement and effectivenessComfortable learning and implementing new communications technologies and toolsWhat you can expect from us:Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions.Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k) with company match and more.Generous Time Off – Enjoy PTO based on tenure, 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday.Ongoing Learning and Development - Quarterly summits, town hall meetings and continuous training to support your professional growth.A Culture that Celebrates You - We believe in collaboration, recognition and having fun while doing important work.This summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
