As a Hospitality Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and comfort in their daily lives. Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Aide. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, as well as assisting with daily tasks such as monitoring and assisting smoking, cleaning & filling ice chests, passing ice/refreshing ice water, removing food trays, organizing resident rooms, providing companionship, passing other fluids and snacks, and other duties as needed.
