Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10:30am - 7:30pm Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. What you'll do as a Sanitation Teammate:

• Pick up pallets. They will have to remove these pallets from the selection areas with their hands and then use MHE (pallet jack/forklift) to make taller stacks and load them on a trailer. Some pallets weigh up to 60lbs.
• Remove shrink wrap from pallets in selection aisles.
• Re-seal boxes with packaging tape (as needed).
• Sweep selection aisles and docks.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Operate bailing machines and compactors.
• Clean warehouse floors

As part of the job, they will be required to:

• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in the cold environments. The freezer is stored @ 0 degrees and the cooler is stored @ 34 degrees. PPE is provided.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
• The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
