Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Charleston, South Carolina. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in the surgical environment, following established standards and practices in accordance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act. The role requires applying professional nursing theory and clinical skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes through all phases of perioperative care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting on 07/13/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure in South Carolina or a recognized NCSBN compact state outside of South Carolina, familiarity with Operating Room (OR) procedures, and American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider certification. Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing. No minimum experience required.
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Experience: 0 years minimum experience.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have experience in Cardiac, Open Heart, Vascular, or Endovascular procedures. Ability to scrub and circulate in the OR is required. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs), with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials. May work under stressful conditions and be required to take call or work weekends and holidays based on departmental needs.
