Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (required). 5‑10 years of experience in the bottling and manufacturing industry. Strong financial management acumen and a proven track record in overseeing company operations, finance, and quality assurance. Effective long‑term planning and program evaluation skills. Ability to establish and nurture relationships with management, employees, government agencies, and the public. Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written formats. Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
