Overview Therapeutic Associates Northeast Portland Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. Patient Population The caseload is broad general orthopedics with a significant spine component and a wide range of extremity diagnoses, providing a solid foundation for clinicians to sharpen reasoning across diverse presentations. Mentorship & Residency 48 hours of 1:1 mentorship with seasoned Physical Therapists. APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program: full salary during completion; over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Exam; COMT certification through NAIOMT; emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and manual therapy; 150 hours of mentorship. Evaluate physical, functional, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual status to determine patient capabilities. Document all evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care per facility policies. Manage own caseload independently to maximize care effectiveness. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements. Support special projects and other assigned activities in support of the organization’s mission and core values. Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within six months. Commitment to top‑quality patient care. Eagerness to develop skills and support team members. Compensation Base salary $80,000–$95,000+. Total compensation package $91,000–$106,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation and sign‑on bonuses available.
