A team member's primary role is to understand, live out, and communicate the business' purpose, mission, and core values all day, every day.

A team member at Grand Parkway North is to be a gatekeeper for the guest's experience. They work every day to win hearts and live out the winning hearts every day strategy. Front of house team member responsibilities:

• Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard for your entire shift
• Read, understand and comply with all parts of the team member handbook
• Protect the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality is top-level
• Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster
• Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership of the business
• Be a team player
• Be responsible for filling your shift if you are not able to work

Qualifications and requirements:

• Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
• Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
• Able to lift 40-60 pounds on a consistent basis
