Iowa Licensed Records Manager

To support the Air National Guard's credentialing efforts, the full-time Iowa Licensed Records Manager will manage healthcare-provider credentialing and recredentialing applications remotely, ensuring compliance with military health systems and maintaining accurate provider records. Key responsibilities Manage the credentialing and privileging processes for healthcare providers in accordance with National Guard Bureau guidance Maintain up-to-date records for credentialed providers, including monitoring expirations and processing applications Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure compliance with relevant military health regulations and quality management programs Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical/health systems, preferably within a Military Health Systems environment At least 1 year of experience in credentialing management for military healthcare providers Knowledge of Air Force Instruction (AFI) 44-119 and Defense Health Agency (DHA) credentialing guidance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office/data automation tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health Services Administration or Credentialing training
