Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with policy changes, account updates, and insurance documentation requests.
• Identify coverage needs and support sales opportunities while providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
• Support retention efforts by delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Insurance licensing is a plus; training and support may be available for the right candidate.
