Job Title: Production Technician

Location: 6925 Guion Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime may be required)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: 12 months, Temp-to-Perm
Interview: Virtual

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vial washing, capping, packaging, and product inspection.
• Set up equipment and prepare materials for production.
• Perform sterilization activities and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and GMP guidelines.
• Verify scale calibration and ensure correct supplies are used for each production lot.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Operate production equipment and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous chemicals safely.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of aseptic manufacturing experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical facility.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and SOPs.
• Experience in vial washing, capping, packaging, and inspection preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely around chemicals and machinery.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
