Proven ability to manage conflicts within teams and arising from business decisions, with a focus on facilitating discussions and creating win-win solutions. Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts, sharing knowledge, and leveraging diverse perspectives to solve complex problems. Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, using data to research, detect, and understand issues and opportunities, and collaborating on strategy development.
