Senior Financial Analyst

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that is developing large-scale, multi-state electric transmission projects. This role offers the chance to work directly with experienced industry leaders while playing a key role in the commercialization and financing of utility-scale energy infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain complex project finance models, valuations, return analyses, and sensitivity scenarios
• Support financing strategies and capital planning for large-scale energy infrastructure projects
• Develop and manage corporate financial models, forecasts, and budgeting processes
• Conduct acquisition due diligence, market analysis, transaction structuring, and valuation assessments
• Support commercial contract negotiations and strategic investment decisions
• Prepare investment committee presentations, financial memorandums, and executive-level analyses
• Monitor energy market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with project development, engineering, legal, accounting, environmental, and commercial teams

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, private equity, energy finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Experience evaluating large-scale energy, utility, or infrastructure investments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
