Senior Investment Banking – Regular Job Details Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Language Fluency: English (Required) Responsibilities Assist MDs in setting strategy and objectives for a defined business area. Manage client relationships, business development, and transactional activities. Apply industry, market, and product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth. Maintain and grow a book of clients and prospect for new clients, often in new areas previously not covered by the bank. Lead deal teams. Mentor and coach junior staff. Act as the first line of defense, providing industry expertise, company and management‑specific knowledge to help Risk and Credit teams assess risk and conduct due diligence. Balance fee generation across M&A, debt, and equity capital raising. Key Accountabilities Provide client relationship management and investment banking services, including strategic advisory for corporate and private equity clients on buyside and sellside M&A, debt, and equity capital raising. Serve corporate banking and commercial clients with strategic advisory and traditional investment banking services in partnership with primary Commercial and Corporate Banking coverage professionals. Sell the bank by positioning treasury and payment solutions, floating rate and FX, private wealth, insurance, and other services. Generate a balanced mix of M&A, debt, and equity capital raising ranging from 7 million to 30 million dollars, subject to sector coverage attributes. Required Qualifications BA/BS degree. Minimum of 10 years of related work experience. Experience leading execution of a variety of client transactions across the full advisory and capital raising spectrum. Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products. Proven ability to develop, nurture, and monetize "trusted advisor" client relationships with senior executives. Developing a network of relationships with sector management teams, Boards of Directors, and Private Equity investment professionals. Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem‑solving attitude. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications MBA degree with a finance focus. 14+ years of related work experience. 6-8 years of management experience. Compensation The annual base salary for this position is $275,000. Eligibility requires working 20 or more hours per week. Ten days of vacation, ten sick days, and paid holidays are provided, prorated for part‑time and first‑year employees.
