Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading product development and commercialization initiatives, with a strong focus on executing pilot deployments at customer sites to secure references and accelerate market adoption.This position reports to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing and is part of the Energy+ Business Unit in Pall Corporation. Pall Energy+ is a global leader supplying filtration, purification, and separation solutions to leading corporations worldwide in a variety of industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Polymers, and Industrial Manufacturing. This role will be fully remote in the US. There is a preference for candidates who can work on-site in Deland, FL or Cortland, NY.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments including planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on-time and within budget.Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including milestone tracking and reporting.Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelors degree required. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
