Clinical Liaison (CL) Acute Rehabilitation

Valley View Medical Center Fort Mohave, AZ Inpatient Acute Rehab Clinical Liaison Full-time How You'll Contribute Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the acute rehab unit Assist and coordinate the intake and pre‑admission screening process Perform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families.
