Responsibilities Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation prep Filing documents with the court and preparing trial exhibits Be a dealmaker — helping families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom. Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed. Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day Requirements Who You Are A seasoned paralegal with 10+ years of family law litigation experience.
