Salary & Total Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $2,500 – $3,000+ per week
Starting Linehaul Pay: $0.70 CPM (all miles)
Sign-On Bonus: $500.00
Average Weekly Mileage: ~3,000 miles per week

Additional Driving Pay & Bonuses

Extra Stop Pay: $100.00 per additional pickup or drop (averages 4–5 additional stops per trip, adding an extra $400 – $500 to your weekly paycheck)
Layover Pay: $100.00 per day

Hiring Area: Anywhere in Ohio
Operating Lanes: West Coast, Northwest, Midwest, & South
Home Time: Home for a couple of days every week!

Equipment & Freight Profile

Run fast and comfortable in well-maintained equipment designed to get you loaded and back on the road quickly.

Trucks: Late-model Conestoga trucks (3–4 years old)
Truck Speed: Set to 75 MPH
Trailers: 48ft – 53ft standard length Conestoga / Open trailers
Weight & Hauling: Capable of hauling up to 48,000 lbs
Freight Type: Construction materials, machinery, and oversized loads.
No-Tarp Loading: Flexible loading options with top, side, and rear access—all the flexibility of a flatbed without dealing with traditional tarps.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, drivers must meet the following safety and experience standards:

CDL Class: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
OTR/Regional Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable regional or Over-the-Road (OTR) Tractor-Trailer experience within the last 3 years.
Flatbed Experience: At least 6 months of verifiable flatbed experience within the past 3 years.
