Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather pertinent information regarding patients’ mental health histories and current challenges. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient, incorporating evidence-based strategies. Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods to engage patients in their recovery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social service providers, to deliver cohesive care. Empower patients and their families by providing education on mental health issues and available resources, fostering greater understanding and resilience. Stay informed about the latest mental health research, methodologies, and treatment modalities to continuously enhance your practice. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LCSW at our Detox Center, you will work with a diverse population of patients, many of whom are experiencing dual diagnoses of substance use and mental health disorders. Your expertise will be essential in addressing the complex interplay between addiction and emotional well-being. You will provide support to individuals and families as they navigate various recovery paths, promoting resilience and sustainable recovery strategies. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington. Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and patient tracking. Demonstrated experience implementing therapeutic interventions for individuals with co-occurring disorders. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
