Contract Type: W2 only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Runnemede, NJ Onsite Pay Range: $20 - $22 on W2

Job Summary: My client is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to provide high-quality customer support across its collectibles marketplace. The role will assist customers with account access, site navigation, listings, checkout, payments, billing, and seller growth, while independently resolving routine to moderately complex issues. The representative will take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution, escalate complex concerns when appropriate, and support operational needs during high-activity periods such as auction closes and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in core Buy, Sell, and Billing workflows with minimal escalation support.
• Independently resolve routine to moderately complex customer issues, escalating more complex concerns when necessary.
• Assist customers with account access, site navigation, listing completion, checkout, payments, billing, and seller growth.
• Take full ownership of assigned customer issues from initial contact through final resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide appropriate guidance, escalation, and follow-up.
• Support newer team members by providing guidance once proficient in the role.
• Assist with operational needs during auction closes, special events, and other high-volume periods.
• Maintain a customer-first approach while supporting client's mission of being a trusted destination for collectors.

Must-Have Skills:

• Previous customer service or customer support experience with the ability to independently resolve routine customer issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage issues through resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation to the Runnemede, NJ work location.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience supporting e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail, collectibles, or seller platforms.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Communicator, Agent Desktop, or Seller Hub.
• Familiarity with Buy/Sell/Billing workflows or online marketplace transactions.
• Experience working in high-volume customer service environments.

• Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to handle routine through moderately complex issues independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging customer situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively during high-activity periods and special events.
