Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Delaware (required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting is desirable
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities
• Reliable transportation to maintain consistent onsite presence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to elementary-aged students according to IEPs
• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop measurable goals and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation
• Attend IEP meetings, staff conferences, and training sessions as needed
